About the founder

Arpita Joshi is an Electronics Engineer and a passionate lover of technology. She has 15+ Yrs of recruiment experience of recruiting for Tech MNCs/ Start-ups, Engineering, Pharma companies. She has successfully placed 300+ people so far at mid and senior level for different skills and technologies.

She founded OratioHRM in Apr’20 with a vision to meet the growing demand of skilled professionals in the software industry by optimising the sourcing and interview process to save cost and time of employers as well as candidates.

She is currently pursuing PGCHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur to understand the emerging trends of HR Industry.

You should be good at manipulating Data Structures without standard libraries You should have good hands-on experience on low level system design

You should be a good problem solver with knowledge of popular algorithms

You should have worked on multi-threaded processes with experience of synchronization and locking You should be good in Linux/ Unix OS concepts

React JS (4+ Yrs)

You should have good knowledge of Data Structures

You should be able to solve problems in Javascript

DevSecOps (4 to 6 Yrs)
DevOps (1 to 10+ Yrs) – Three Different Levels
API Testing (5+ Yrs)

You should have good automation framework development experience
preferably using Python for API/ Backend/ Server side testing.
Some exposure to selenium is desirable
You should have good exposure to AWS and IAC using Terraform for DevOps roles.
You should have good exposure to Python programming, Containers and SecOps for DevSecOps roles.
